Fruit Popsicle for our sweet tooth! Perfect for this Summer




1 1/2 cup young coconut water or almond milk
2-3 bananas, very ripe
1 date, pitted
Blend together on high speed until milky. Add more water to make more of a liquid consistency.

To this, add blueberries, cherries, grapes or whatever fruit chunks you desire and then pour into "ice pop" makers, and stick in the freezer until frozen.
